    Booking a Design Consultation with BB Designs will help guide you towards your design goals, as well as answers to any pressing questions you may have regarding styling your home.

    Consultations are $50, are completed within 60-90 minutes and are performed on-site, payable prior to the meeting. Once you’ve selected a time and date for your consultation, we will reach out to you via email with a few questions about your project.

    Due to there being a time limit for each consult, I highly recommend referencing to the list below outlining how to prepare for our meeting:

    State your goals: What is your purpose for the space we’ll be styling? What aesthetic and feel do you want to achieve?  How creative do you want to get? Envision your ideal end result for the space and then gather some example images of the things you like and the spaces that speak to your style. 

    Specify your styling problems: What styling dilemmas can I assist you with? Make a list, starting with your most pressing issue and then continue on down with more items needing to be improved in order of urgency. During our consultation we’ll address the items in your list.

    Think about the scope of your project: Think of your budget for the space. How BIG do you want to go? Are you open to getting rid of any furniture and starting fresh? Do you want me to consider redesigning your walls and flooring completely? Do you have specific limitations in mind concerning budget, time frame, and scope?

    Need paint color selections? Let me know beforehand so I can bring a few paint samples for you to look at.

    • Los Angeles Consultation:

    $300 & UP

    One 90 minute on-site consultation, available in the Los Angeles area only. We will discuss your project goals, design dilemmas and the entire scope of the project.

    The Agreement:

    After our consultation has been successfully completed, I will email you a Letter of Agreement, where I describe the services you are requesting and detail the payments required. Once this has been signed with a digital signature or in person, we can now start our project. Flat fees are detailed with parameters as noted in the Agreement.

    IF YOU HAVE A TIGHT DEADLINE

    If you have a tight deadline or you need me to jump on your project right now, an additional fee is assessed to accommodate special needs.

  • BB Design Advice is a service in which our professional designer can assist you with any Q&A regarding a design dilemma. This service is completed either via text or email. This service is designed to help assist our clients with making difficult decisions when it comes to styling their home or even picking out a paint color. 

    Please make your payment first in order to book your consultation. You will then be contacted via email with further instructions, at which you will also then be able to respond back with your questions and photos attached. Please allow up to 2-3 business days after submission of your questions for my response.

    I have two price points for this service and both are limited to one room only. Please select from the options below to purchase one of the services listed:

    Level One: $100

    If you have a few simple questions about one aspect of your project, like on what accessories to add to newly remodeled bathroom, what paint colors create a nice balance, picking out a kitchen backsplash, etc. then this is the level for you. This is not a service that offers to design an entire room or to source multiple items. You are allowed up to 4 questions and can submit up to 4 photos.

    Examples:

    • Small finishing touches for a family room, dining etc.

    • Assist with selecting paint colors, wallpaper etc.

    Level Two: $150

    If you want any products shown as examples of what to buy such as lighting, furniture, rugs, etc., this is the level for you. You are allowed up to 6 questions and can submit up to 6 photos with any measurements necessary or a floor plan. This is not a service that offers to design an entire room.

    • Advice on flooring options

    • Assist with furniture recommendations such as sofa options, rugs and lighting fixtures.

    PLEASE NOTE:This is a Q&A for a design dilemma or a general direction for a room design, not a full design plan for your project.

    All products or paint colors are meant to be sampled in person, as lighting and adjacent colors often dictate how a color or finish will read in different settings. You are responsible for your own room measurements and verifying how items might fit into your own space.

    • Hourly Styling Rate: $50/hour

    Our hourly styling rate is for those who aren’t sure of the scope of their project or how much time they will need to complete the project and would prefer an hourly service. This service includes personal shopping, sourcing furniture, onsite visits, time spent with vendors, driving time and drafting/ design time (personal mood boards) with up to 5 hours maximum per day.

    • Personal Shopping: $25/ hour

    Our personal shopping services are dedicated to doing all of the hard work for you. We are allotted 5 hours maximum shopping hours per day. Personal shopping can also be done with the client, if preferred. Once the personal shopping has been completed for the client, the stylist will also assist with designing the space with the newly purchased pieces. The hourly fee is included for this service as well.

    Design fees generally include:

    Research - Determine needs, desires, and budget for project and verify site conditions with measurements, plans, and/or photographs. Budgets are discussed and parameters established.

    Personal Shopping – Proposals for furniture, window treatments, custom pieces or any other aesthetically pleasing design pieces for the space.

    Drafting & Design – Crafting a personalized design for the space, to include color schemes, paint samples, digital mood boards, fabric swatches, etc. Shopping and showroom visits are done in this phase as well. Lighting design and selection of all furnishings, fixtures, and finishes are completed. Budgets are approved.

    Site visits – Made to verify project quality and progress. Ensure that furnishings are delivered and installed.

    Please note: Site visits are defined as unscheduled visits done at our convenience, to check on the job and you will not be charged for this time.

    • MINI Design Package

    For this service, we will first schedule an introductory meeting to take pictures, gather information, and view your home/ rooms that you would like to be styled. Do you have a few items but need more to compliment what you already have and make it POP?! Maybe your rooms don’t reflect your personality or your style and you need help adding that personal touch? This service is for that last layer of designing a room and is best for a seasonal refresh, small touches to a space, adding wall décor or small pieces like an accent table, etc.

    This service includes a custom design concept (up to 2 design revisions), personalized shopping list, paint recommendations, unlimited messaging with the designer, unlimited personal mood boards and 2-3 months max for design delivery.

    • FULL DESIGN PACKAGE

    For this service, we will first schedule an introductory meeting to take pictures, gather information, and view your home/ rooms that you would like to be styled. Our full design projects include presentations, meetings, project management, etc. Our stylist is there every step of the way to make sure every design detail is handled with care and precision. We're here to handle the process for you and take the burden off you so you can come home to a new sanctuary. This service is for full room makeovers or a blank canvas to work from.  

    This service includes a custom design concept (up to 2-4 design revisions), personalized shopping list, paint recommendations, unlimited messaging with the designer, unlimited personal mood boards and 6 months max for design delivery. We anticipate our full service clients to let us purchase and coordinate everything on their behalf. If you have another intention, please let us know in advance of quoting your project fee, as that is a different type of design service.

    Please note: You will need to make your payment in order to book your appointment using the "Start Your Project" button below. All styling fees are quoted after analyzing the scope of work desired as there may be areas that require more detail, design and consideration.

    • BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:

      BB DESIGNS REQUIRES A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO BOOK YOUR SERVICE APPOINTMENTS, THIS DEPOSIT FEE EXCLUDES THE CONSULTATION SERVICE FEE. IT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE DEPOSIT IS ALSO APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR TOTAL STYLING SERVICE COST.

    • RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATIONS:

      BB DESIGNS REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 24-HOUR NOTICE TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. IF WE DON’T RECEIVE A 24 HOUR NOTICE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 30% OF THE SERVICE THAT IS BOOKED.

    • CANCELLATIONS WITHIN ALREADY BOOKED PROJECTS:

      EITHER PARTY MAY TERMINATE A BOOKED PROJECT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL PRIOR TO THE SERVICES BEING PERFORMED BY THE STYLIST, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANY ADDITIONAL FEES.

      IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL IN THE MIDDLE OF A PROJECT OR ARE A “NO SHOW”, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. THE STYLIST WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR WORK PERFORMED UP TO THE TIME OF CANCELLATION.
