This service is designed to help assist our clients on the spot with making difficult decisions when it comes to styling their home. HOME-Y operates as a scheduled design hotline. Once booked, your designer will call you at your confirmed time. ALL calls are booked in advance and begin promptly at the scheduled time.

    The Design SOS is ideal for clients who need quick, focused guidance on one specific design decision. This session is designed to provide clarity, not overwhelm, by addressing a single design direction with expert, actionable advice. Whether you’re finalizing a choice or second-guessing a detail, this session helps you move forward with confidence. If you have a few simple questions about one aspect of your project such as what accessories to add to a newly remodeled bathroom, picking out a kitchen backsplash, etc. then this is the level for you.

    Perfect for:

    • Wallpaper/ paint color selection

    • Rug size and placement

    • “What would pair well with this?” decisions

    • Styling a shelf, wall, or corner

    What You’ll Receive:

    • A 30-minute phone or Zoom consultation

    Please note:

    This session does not include full room design, space planning or sourcing multiple items. All paint colors are meant to be sampled in person, as lighting and adjacent colors often dictate how a color or finish will read in different settings.

    Session Length: Up to 1 hour

    The Space Reset is designed for clients who need intentional guidance to bring a room back into balance, creating a cohesive flow for one room or open concept space. We’ll assess layout, flow and cohesion to create a clear path forward.

    Perfect for:

    • Furniture layout/ Space planning

    • Direct styling/ feng-shui advice

    • Detailed add ons: Outlet covers, vent cover, plant holders, etc.

    • Assist with furniture recommendations such as sofa options, window treatments and lighting fixtures.

    What you get:

    • 1 hour max. phone or Zoom call

    • Limited texting with the designer, you can submit up to 6 photos

    • Real-time visual guidance

    • Design direction that accommodates your vision

    This session focuses on one room or open-concept area and does not include sourcing or drawings.

  • Flexible, expert advice when you need it. Book hourly support across a range of topics—from planning to problem-solving. This focused consultation will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities for growth.

    Session Length: Up to 2 hours

    The Big Picture is a comprehensive design consultation for homeowners or renters seeking clarity across one or multiple spaces. This session focuses on vision, flow and long-term design direction.

    Perfect for:

    • New homes or renovations

    • Full room or multi-space guidance

    • Furniture recommendations and shoppable links

    • Defining a cohesive design style

    • Design confusion/ choosing the proper aesthetic for your space

    What you get:

    • 2 hours max. phone or Zoom session

    • Unlimited messaging with the designer to send photos of the current space and any inspiration for design

    • BIG picture design strategy

    • Personalized recommendations

    • Follow up recap (voice note or email)

Everything you need to know before your HOME-Y session

  • No contracts.
    No overwhelm.
    Just professional design guidance when you need it.

    HOME-Y operates as a scheduled design hotline. Once booked, your designer will call you at your confirmed time. ALL calls are booked in advance and begin promptly at the scheduled time.

  • HOME-Y offers live interior design calls during designated Design Hours:

    • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PT)

    • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (PT)

    • Sunday: Closed

    All calls must be scheduled in advance.

  • Live calls are not available 24/7. This ensures every client receives focused, high-quality guidance.

    For urgent needs outside of design hours, a limited number of After-Hours Design SOS sessions may be available at a premium rate.

  • HOME-Y is a session-based service.

    Clients may submit text or voice-note questions 24/7, but responses are delivered during the next business window.

  • If availability allows, you may book an additional session. To ensure fairness and quality, calls cannot automatically run over their scheduled time.

  • Calls begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time to respect the next client’s booking. Extensions are not guaranteed.

  • A limited number of After-Hours Design SOS sessions are available by request and offered at a premium rate.

    Our After Hours Design SOS is for clients who need immediate guidance outside of our live design hours. This is offered during evenings or select weekends.

  • Due to the time-based nature of this service, all bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Each session includes real-time design guidance, professional recommendations, and actionable next steps.
    Detailed drawings, renderings, or sourcing are not included unless otherwise stated.

  • Because HOME-Y sessions are time-based and reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before booking.

    Cancellations & Reschedules:

    • Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
    • Changes made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Late Arrivals:

    • Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
    • If you are late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
    • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

    No-Shows:

    • Missed sessions without notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
    • No-shows must book a new session to receive service.

    After-Hours & Emergency Requests:

    • After-hours sessions (if available) are subject to premium pricing and follow the same cancellation policy.
