  • Booking a Design Consultation with BB Designs will help guide you towards your design goals, as well as answers to any pressing questions you may have regarding styling your home.

    Consultations are $100-$200, are completed within 60-120 minutes and can be performed on-site or virtual, payable prior to the meeting. Once you’ve selected a time and date for your consultation, we will reach out to you via email with a few questions about your project.

    The consultation fee is credited toward the design package of your choice if booked within 30 days.

  • The Stay With Style Design Package is perfect for hosts who want to compliment the space with minor touch ups/ add-ons without a full redesign. For this service, we will first schedule a consultation to take pictures, gather information, and view your home/ rooms that you would like to be styled.

    Format: Virtual/ In-person

    Design Time: 1-2 Weeks

    Includes:

    • 3D renderings/ mood boards

    • Space planning & styling recommendations to improve visual appeal

    • Sourcing furniture & personal shopping time

    • Hands on styling or virtual design time

    • Guest experience enhancements

    • Styling guidance for photography

  • The Elevated Listing Design Package is perfect for hosts who need a full redesign of the space, whether its for a new listing or to elevate a current one. For this service, we will first schedule an introductory meeting to take pictures, gather information, and view your home/ rooms that you would like to be styled. Our full design projects include presentations, meetings, project management, etc. Our stylist is there every step of the way to make sure every design detail is handled with care and precision.

    Design Time: Custom

    This add-on focuses on rotating and updating select styling elements to align with the season, market trends and guest expectations. The goal is to maintain a polished, high-end look that photographs beautifully, enhances the guest experience and keeps your listing feeling fresh for repeat and new guests alike.

    • Styling updates using existing furnishings

    • Seasonal décor and accessory recommendations

    • Color, texture, and textile swaps (pillows, throws, bedding accents, etc.)
