All design concepts, mood boards, layouts, renderings, documents and creative materials provided by BB Design Studio™ are the intellectual property of BB Design Studio/ BB Designs and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the designs for their personal or approved commercial use only after full payment has been received. Reproduction, distribution, resale or use of these materials without permission or without full payment is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use, copying or distribution of BB Designs work may result in legal action to protect intellectual property rights.

E‑Design is perfect for clients who want professional design direction, enjoy being hands‑on with implementation or need guidance for a specific room, project or refresh without committing to full‑service design.

Depending on the package selected, E‑Design services may include mood boards, color palettes, layout guidance, curated product selections, custom design concepts and step‑by‑step implementation notes. Each mood board is tailored to one room, if you are needing a mood board for multiple rooms you will need to specify that in your consultation with your designer. Each package clearly outlines deliverables before booking.

After booking, your designer will contact you to complete a detailed design questionnaire as well as submit photos, measurements and inspiration. Once received, BB Design Studio creates your custom design concept and delivers it digitally within the agreed‑upon timeline.

Yes. Our E‑Design packages include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may be available for an added fee. Revision details are outlined in each package description.

No. E‑Design is a virtual service. Clients are responsible for purchasing items, hiring contractors and executing the design. Shopping links and sourcing guidance are provided when applicable. If you are wanting a full design and styling, please refer to our Design Packages. Additional support is available through hourly design sessions or add‑on services as well.

Designs are intended for the specific space and client listed on the order. Reuse, resale or redistribution of designs without written permission is not permitted.

Due to the custom nature of design work, all E‑Design services are non‑refundable once work has begun.
