Everything you need to know before you book your design consultation

  • The BB Flip is a DIY-focused design service created for clients who want custom & creative transformations without a full renovation. This service centers around reimagining what you already have through hands-on projects like custom painting, murals, installs and creative builds.

  • Projects may include custom-painted furniture, murals and wall art, custom installations/ builds, wallpaper/ fabric design and other creative DIY transformations. Each project is reviewed and approved based on scope and feasibility.

  • In most cases, clients are responsible for purchasing materials unless otherwise stated. Material recommendations and sourcing guidance will be provided as part of the service.

  • Once booked, you’ll complete a project questionnaire and share photos, measurements and inspiration. BB Design Studio will then develop a custom DIY concept and outline the execution plan, timeline and next steps.

  • Yes. A set number of revisions may be included depending on the service selected. Additional revisions can be added for an additional fee.

  • Due to the custom and creative nature of The BB Flip, all services are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Any scope changes may affect pricing, timeline or deliverables and must be approved before continuing.

  • You can book your consultation through the BB Design Studio website by selecting “Reserve Your Spot” at the top of this page. You can also book your consultation on our “Contact” booking page. A booking deposit or full payment may be required to secure your spot.
